Chaos, conflict, crisis, recession, inflation, war and supply chain woes... These realities seem SHOCKING, but they are not surprising, In fact, they are predictable, and if you watched my 2020 or 2021 World Summit keynotes, you would have seen each of those items predicted. So how did I predict these dreadful outcomes? I don't have a crystal ball, but this is exactly what happened after the Spanish Flu, in the Roaring 20s.

The "Roaring 20s" sounds like an exciting time, and for many it was. However, overall it was a period of DRAMATIC tensions and polarity.

The reason for all the tension is that after every major crisis, people rethink about what is actually important to them. It takes time for these tensions to resolve. Historically, a whole decade!

In our modern world, I believe there are 13 key tensions that consumers are now rethinking, in what I would call "The Grand Reprioritization". Brands, innovators and entrepreneurs who study these tensions are more likely to adapt, and more likely to find new opportunity. In our Future Festival World Summit, we will study these tensions, and I will show you how to use Scenario Planning to master how these tensions will reshape your consumer.
